Buyer Verification & Institutional Documentation Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Buyer Verification & Institutional Documentation Policy (“Policy”) explains the eligibility criteria, self-certification process, and documentation standards that SolPeptide by SolXGenix.com, operated by Unioncore Trade LLC, applies before accepting, processing, or shipping an order placed through our shop, through our wholesale and white-label program, or through any other sales channel we operate.

This Policy is written specifically for our business as a supplier of Research Use Only (RUO) peptides and biochemicals, and it should be read together with our Terms of Service (which contains the full Buyer eligibility representations and prohibited-use provisions we summarize below), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy. It is not a generic or copy-pasted template — it describes the verification practices we actually apply to orders placed on https://solxgenix.com.

3. Who May Purchase From Us

Consistent with our Terms of Service, by placing an order on https://solxgenix.com, the Buyer represents and warrants that they meet each of the following conditions. We apply these conditions uniformly to every order, regardless of the Buyer's state of residence:

• Minimum age of 21: The Buyer is at least 21 years of age. We apply a uniform 21-and-over policy nationwide, even in states where the general age of majority is 18, because our products are chemical research materials rather than general consumer goods.
• Qualified purchaser: The Buyer is a qualified researcher, licensed laboratory professional, or a research institution, laboratory, or analytical provider with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
• Legitimate research purpose: The Buyer intends to use any purchased material solely for in vitro laboratory research, and not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any in vivo application.
• Legal compliance: The Buyer will comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals.
• No unauthorized resale: The Buyer will not resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute purchased material to any third party — including to individual consumers for personal use — without our prior written approval, obtained only through our verified wholesale program described in Section 5.

We do not sell, and no Buyer may purchase from us, with the intent to resell any product for human consumption, compounding, or clinical use. Marketing or reselling a “Research Use Only” product for personal human use is not permitted under this Policy or our Terms of Service, regardless of how the product is labeled.

Buyers seeking recurring, higher-volume, or resale-authorized purchasing — including research institutions, laboratories, and approved analytical providers — must apply through our dedicated White Label & Wholesale program rather than purchasing through the standard retail checkout. A wholesale account is required before we grant resale authorization or drop-ship capability of any kind.

6. Order Review, Holds, and Right to Refuse Service

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Consistent with Section 10 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to accept, decline, hold for verification, or limit any order at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe a Buyer is not a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution, or may be in violation of this Policy or our Terms of Service. If we place an order on hold pending verification, we will contact the Buyer using the email address or phone number provided at checkout to request the information needed to complete our review.

Regardless of Buyer type or account status, material purchased from SolPeptide by SolXGenix.com may never be used for:

Consistent with our Terms of Service, the Buyer warrants that purchased material will not be exported outside the United States in violation of U.S. export control laws, and assumes full responsibility for compliance with the import regulations of any jurisdiction the material is later moved to.

9. Recordkeeping and Privacy of Verification Information

Information collected during buyer verification — including self-certification records, wholesale applications, sales tax exemption certificates, and business licenses — is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Policy, to service the Buyer's account, and to satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use verification documentation for any purpose beyond order review, account management, and legal compliance.

Research-peptide regulation is an active and fast-developing area of U.S. state law. As of the effective date of this Policy, no U.S. state has enacted a blanket ban on the sale of research peptides sold and used for legitimate laboratory research purposes. However, state attorneys general have become increasingly active in this space, using existing consumer-protection and unfair-trade-practice statutes to pursue sellers whose marketing, labeling, or sales practices suggest that a “Research Use Only” product is actually intended for personal human consumption.

Important Note on the State Table: State peptide and research-chemical regulation is an active and fast-changing area of U.S. law, and multiple state attorneys general have signaled increased enforcement interest in this category. Regardless of which state a Buyer is purchasing from, we apply the same buyer-eligibility criteria, the same self-certification requirement, and the same right to request supporting documentation described in this Policy.

Consistent with core U.S. consumer-protection principles — and the broader international consumer-rights standards reflected in frameworks such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, even though our sales are governed by U.S. law and we ship only within the United States — we commit to:

• Clear eligibility criteria: Buyers are told, in plain language, who may purchase from us and why, before they are asked to complete a purchase.
• Honest disclosure: our verification standards are described accurately, without vague or evasive language designed to obscure what we actually require.
• Proportionate documentation requests: we request only the documentation reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility for the type of order or account involved.
• No dark patterns: our research-use attestation at checkout requires an affirmative, active confirmation and is never satisfied by a pre-checked box or a buried disclosure.
• Fair review process: if an order or wholesale application is placed on hold, we communicate promptly with the Buyer about what information is needed.
