🔬 WHY WE VERIFY OUR BUYERS:SolPeptide by SolXGenix.com sells research-grade peptides strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only (RUO). We are not a pharmacy, and no product on this website is sold for human or veterinary use. This Policy explains who is eligible to buy from us, what we ask buyers to confirm, when we may request supporting documentation, and how institutional and wholesale accounts are verified before an order is fulfilled.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Buyer Verification & Institutional Documentation Policy (“Policy”) explains the eligibility criteria, self-certification process, and documentation standards that SolPeptide by SolXGenix.com, operated by Unioncore Trade LLC, applies before accepting, processing, or shipping an order placed through our shop, through our wholesale and white-label program, or through any other sales channel we operate.

This Policy is written specifically for our business as a supplier of Research Use Only (RUO) peptides and biochemicals, and it should be read together with our Terms of Service (which contains the full Buyer eligibility representations and prohibited-use provisions we summarize below), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy. It is not a generic or copy-pasted template — it describes the verification practices we actually apply to orders placed on https://solxgenix.com.

3. Who May Purchase From Us

Consistent with our Terms of Service, by placing an order on https://solxgenix.com, the Buyer represents and warrants that they meet each of the following conditions. We apply these conditions uniformly to every order, regardless of the Buyer's state of residence:

  • Minimum age of 21: The Buyer is at least 21 years of age. We apply a uniform 21-and-over policy nationwide, even in states where the general age of majority is 18, because our products are chemical research materials rather than general consumer goods.
  • Qualified purchaser: The Buyer is a qualified researcher, licensed laboratory professional, or a research institution, laboratory, or analytical provider with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
  • Legitimate research purpose: The Buyer intends to use any purchased material solely for in vitro laboratory research, and not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any in vivo application.
  • Legal compliance: The Buyer will comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals.
  • No unauthorized resale: The Buyer will not resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute purchased material to any third party — including to individual consumers for personal use — without our prior written approval, obtained only through our verified wholesale program described in Section 5.

We do not sell, and no Buyer may purchase from us, with the intent to resell any product for human consumption, compounding, or clinical use. Marketing or reselling a “Research Use Only” product for personal human use is not permitted under this Policy or our Terms of Service, regardless of how the product is labeled.

4. Standard Buyer Verification (Individual Research Accounts)

4.1 Self-Certification at Checkout: Every Buyer must affirmatively acknowledge our Research Use Only terms before completing checkout. This includes confirming, in a clear and unambiguous manner (rather than through a pre-checked box), that the Buyer is 21 or older, is purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and has read and agrees to our Terms of Service.

4.2 Order Screening: We review orders for indicators that a purchase may not be intended for legitimate research use — for example, shipping details, order patterns, or communications that suggest an intent to consume, inject, or resell the product to individual consumers. Orders flagged during this review may be placed on hold pending additional information from the Buyer.

4.3 Supporting Documentation We May Request:

For most individual research orders, self-certification at checkout is sufficient. However, we reserve the right to request additional documentation before releasing an order, particularly for large-volume, first-time, or flagged orders. Documentation we may request includes:

  • A professional or institutional email address confirming laboratory or research affiliation.
  • A brief written description of the intended research use.
  • Evidence of professional or academic affiliation, such as a laboratory, university, or research-institution identifier.

If requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, or if we are not satisfied that an order is intended for legitimate research use, we may decline, cancel, or refund the order in accordance with Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

5. Institutional and Wholesale Buyer Verification

Buyers seeking recurring, higher-volume, or resale-authorized purchasing — including research institutions, laboratories, and approved analytical providers — must apply through our dedicated White Label & Wholesale program rather than purchasing through the standard retail checkout. A wholesale account is required before we grant resale authorization or drop-ship capability of any kind.

5.1 Wholesale Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a research institution, laboratory, or approved analytical provider.
  • Where applicable to the applicant's business type, a valid business license and/or medical or laboratory registration is required.
  • There is no minimum order size requirement, but approved wholesale accounts carry a $2,500 monthly purchasing commitment.

5.2 Documentation Required for Wholesale Approval

  • Completed wholesale application, submitted through the application form on our White Label & Wholesale page, including a valid email address so we can notify the applicant once the account has been reviewed.
  • Sales Tax Exemption Certificate: applicants must email us a copy of their state-issued Sales Tax Exemption form before wholesale pricing or resale authorization is applied to an account.
  • Business license and/or medical or laboratory registration, where applicable to the applicant's business type and state of operation.

5.3 Ongoing Wholesale Account Standards

Approved wholesale accounts remain subject to the eligibility and prohibited-use conditions in Sections 3 and 8 of this Policy for the life of the account. We may request updated documentation, suspend drop-ship or resale privileges, or close a wholesale account at any time if we reasonably believe the account is being used, or its products are being redistributed, in a manner inconsistent with this Policy or our Terms of Service.

6. Order Review, Holds, and Right to Refuse Service

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Consistent with Section 10 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to accept, decline, hold for verification, or limit any order at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe a Buyer is not a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution, or may be in violation of this Policy or our Terms of Service. If we place an order on hold pending verification, we will contact the Buyer using the email address or phone number provided at checkout to request the information needed to complete our review.

7. Prohibited End Uses

Regardless of Buyer type or account status, material purchased from SolPeptide by SolXGenix.com may never be used for:

  • Human or animal consumption, injection, topical application, or any form of in vivo use.
  • Clinical trials, diagnostic purposes, or any human or veterinary medical application.
  • Incorporation into food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals.
  • Compounding, or any activity that would cause a product to be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
  • Resale, repackaging, or redistribution to individual consumers for personal use, whether or not the reseller is an approved wholesale account.

8. Shipping and Export Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States; see our Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery timelines and carrier information. Consistent with our Terms of Service, the Buyer warrants that purchased material will not be exported outside the United States in violation of U.S. export control laws, and assumes full responsibility for compliance with the import regulations of any jurisdiction the material is later moved to.

9. Recordkeeping and Privacy of Verification Information

Information collected during buyer verification — including self-certification records, wholesale applications, sales tax exemption certificates, and business licenses — is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Policy, to service the Buyer's account, and to satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use verification documentation for any purpose beyond order review, account management, and legal compliance.

11. State-Specific Rules and Consumer-Protection Frameworks

Research-peptide regulation is an active and fast-developing area of U.S. state law. As of the effective date of this Policy, no U.S. state has enacted a blanket ban on the sale of research peptides sold and used for legitimate laboratory research purposes. However, state attorneys general have become increasingly active in this space, using existing consumer-protection and unfair-trade-practice statutes to pursue sellers whose marketing, labeling, or sales practices suggest that a “Research Use Only” product is actually intended for personal human consumption.

StateConsumer-Protection / Unfair-Trade-Practice LawRelevance to Buyer Verification
CaliforniaUnfair Competition Law (UCL), Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq.; Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.Broad state authority to act against deceptive marketing of research-use products; supports our practice of requiring clear, affirmative research-use attestations rather than relying on ambiguous labeling.
New YorkGeneral Business Law § 349 (deceptive acts and practices) and § 350 (false advertising)State authority frequently used against online sellers whose marketing suggests consumer use of a labeled research-only product; reinforces our order-screening process in Section 4.2.
TexasTexas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.41 et seq.State consumer-protection framework applied to online marketing and sales representations, including research-use disclosures.
FloridaFlorida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.State framework under which Florida's Attorney General has taken an active posture toward online sellers of research chemicals and supplements marketed with implied human-use benefits.
IllinoisIllinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, 815 ILCS 505/1 et seq.State consumer-protection statute applicable to representations made in online sales of research chemicals.
LouisianaLouisiana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, La. Rev. Stat. § 51:1401 et seq.Louisiana has taken an especially active regulatory posture toward supplement and peptide marketing; we apply the same verification standard to Louisiana orders as to all other states.
All other statesState unfair or deceptive acts and practices (UDAP) statutes and the federal FTC Act (default framework)Every U.S. state has a consumer-protection statute that can reach deceptive marketing of research-use products. We apply the buyer-eligibility, self-certification, and documentation standards in this Policy uniformly to every U.S. state, rather than varying our verification practices by jurisdiction.

Important Note on the State Table: State peptide and research-chemical regulation is an active and fast-changing area of U.S. law, and multiple state attorneys general have signaled increased enforcement interest in this category. The information above reflects our understanding as of August 29, 2026, and is provided for general reference only — not legal advice. Regardless of which state a Buyer is purchasing from, we apply the same buyer-eligibility criteria, the same self-certification requirement, and the same right to request supporting documentation described in this Policy.

12. Consumer Rights and Fair-Trading Principles

Consistent with core U.S. consumer-protection principles — and the broader international consumer-rights standards reflected in frameworks such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, even though our sales are governed by U.S. law and we ship only within the United States — we commit to:

  • Clear eligibility criteria: Buyers are told, in plain language, who may purchase from us and why, before they are asked to complete a purchase.
  • Honest disclosure: our verification standards are described accurately, without vague or evasive language designed to obscure what we actually require.
  • Proportionate documentation requests: we request only the documentation reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility for the type of order or account involved.
  • No dark patterns: our research-use attestation at checkout requires an affirmative, active confirmation and is never satisfied by a pre-checked box or a buried disclosure.
  • Fair review process: if an order or wholesale application is placed on hold, we communicate promptly with the Buyer about what information is needed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when we change our verification standards, our wholesale program terms, or when applicable law changes. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage Buyers, and particularly wholesale account holders, to review this Policy periodically.
